Highlights:
Helen Cox will be led by 6-10 Senior Greg Monroe who is ranked as the #1 Player in the class of 2008 by Rivals.com. He recently signed a letter of intent to play at Georgetown University next year.
The Cougars will also feature strong contributions from Calvin Thompson who has committed to Howard University and Justin Fairman, Trevon Flores and Tony Locure who are all being heavily recruited to play college basketball.
Helen Cox has won back-to-back district championships. They are coached by Tyron Mouzon who is the only coach in school history with a record of 89-16 in four years.
